SERVICES

Through Ganzler Incorporated, Mr. Ganzler will go anywhere in the World (except the Middle East) on 24 hours' notice to examine/authenticate any 1957-1960 Gibson or 1950-1971 Fender guitar. Additionally, Joe will provide a total services "package" as needed - subsequent purchase of said instrument using the buyer's funds, remaining on location until funds transfer is complete, secure hand delivery of purchased instrument to the buyer, and a full letter of authentication from Ganzler Incorporated indicating full findings of the authentication process, including a CD of "autopsy photos" of all salient details. Since Ganzler Incorporated's services are retained by the (potential) buyer, authentication results are only supplied to the buyer; nor will any compensation be considered or accepted from the (potential) seller - this policy guarantees the buyer of absolute objectivity and confidentiality in all phases of the process... As a result of this ironclad policy, a growing number of potential sellers have recognized the "value added" of listing their guitars for sale with Ganzler Incorporated. Because Joe is working for the buyer, the seller with "nothing to hide" benefits from a guitar that is truthfully and completely represented to Ganzler Incorporated's client base. This objectivity is maintained by a full hands-on examination of every guitar offered, rather than relying on photos alone provided by the seller. Most consignment guitars remain on site in the exceptionally secure vault of Ganzler Incorporated, and can be viewed upon appointment. Consignment fees for this service are among the most modest in the hobby; again, "the truth" with regards to each & every instrument is Ganzler Incorporated's #1 goal.
